Staging a Miami Shores vacant listing, originally uploaded by miamism.Of course the photo from my iphone doesn’t have the best light – but I can attest to staging working – take a look at before and after pictures at this listing in Miamis Shores - 186 NW 106th Street.
I have received a You Make My Day award and I’m passing it along to you!
Here are the obligatory “rules” that go with this award…
1) Write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think and/or make your day
2) Acknowledge the post of the award giver
3) Tell the award winners that they have won by commenting on their blogs with the news!
Thank you for adding to my day through your blog!
Thanks Sarah!! That is very sweet!
It really does make a difference, doesn’t it Ines? I’ve never had the opportunity – no, I’ve never TAKEN the opportunity – to stage a vacant house. Where do you find the items you use in the home? Do you use a staging company, or do it yourself?
Jeremy – these items are mine, I bought them for a property that really needed staging and keep them in storage for when I need them.
I had a dining room as well…..but the buyers of that listing bought it.
I recommend working with someone that stocks furniture – but that is not easy to find. (Like Craig Schiller in Chicago).
