I don't think I've ever heard of palms doing well in extreme climates. My sister, who lives in Des Moines was telling me of a house near her where they have fake palms that look real - she actually had to get our of the car to touch them. I love the angle. My husband brought palm tree seeds from Portugal - they're big, like a walnut. He planted them and is now anxiously waiting for something to sprout - but we live in Connecticut - cold winters and the pots are in the garage! I don't think so! Great photo! I love the angle.
