I’ve always loved this billboard. I remember when it used to be up in Downtown on Flagler Street. They moved it to the Upper Eastside within the last five years or so.
It was restored by the MiMO Biscayne Association – it was a huge battle – take a look http://www.miamism.com/moon-over-mimo/
